NFC stands for Near Field Communication — a short-range wireless technology built into most modern smartphones. When someone taps your TLC card to their phone, the NFC chip inside the card transmits your profile URL to the phone, which opens instantly in the browser. No app, no scanning, no typing.

No. Neither you nor the person receiving your card needs to download any app. TLC works natively with the NFC reader built into iOS and Android smartphones.

TLC works with all NFC-enabled smartphones, which includes virtually all modern iPhones (iPhone 7 and later) and Android phones. For phones without NFC or older devices, Standard and Pro cards also include a QR code that can be scanned with any camera app.

All TLC cards are made from premium PVC — the same durable material used in bank and credit cards. They are waterproof and built to last.

Logo printing is available on the Pro tier. You upload your logo directly during checkout on the Order page - no need to contact us separately. SVG or high-resolution PNG files work best. Basic prints a name with TLC branding and does not include a phone, logo, or QR code. Standard prints a name and phone, with no logo.

Your digital profile stays live and accessible via your profile link even without the physical card. You can order a replacement card at any time and it will link to your existing profile — no setup needed.

The NFC chip comes pre-programmed with your permanent TLC profile URL. We do not recommend reprogramming it as this would break the connection to your live profile.

You can add your full name, job title, company, bio, profile photo, cover photo, email, primary and secondary phone numbers, WhatsApp, website, address, and links to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Yes — and this is one of TLC's biggest advantages. Since the card always points to your live digital profile, you can update any of your information anytime from your dashboard. No need to reprint or replace the card.

Yes. Your digital profile includes a "Save to Contact" button that downloads a vCard file directly to the visitor's phone, adding you to their contacts instantly. Pro tier card holders also have an offline vCard QR code printed on their card.

By default, your profile is publicly accessible via your profile link. You can set it to private from your dashboard settings if needed.

Your profile is accessible at taplinkconnect.com/c/ followed by your public code — for example taplinkconnect.com/c/k7m2qx9p. It is a clean, shareable link you can also send via message or email even without the physical card.

Absolutely. Your profile link works like any web link — you can share it via text, email, social media, or put it in your email signature. The physical card is just the fastest and most impressive way to share it.

Analytics depends on your card tier. Basic (Tier 1) includes Overview analytics — total views, unique visitors, clicks, saves, and a view trend chart. Standard (Tier 2) adds Audience insights — device type, browser, OS, traffic source, and peak hours. Pro (Tier 3) unlocks everything: Overview, Audience, Engagement tracking (which links were clicked), and monthly Reports.

TLC tracks anonymous view data including device type, browser, and traffic source, but does not identify individual visitors by name. If another TLC card holder views your profile while logged in, their visit may be noted as an identified viewer (unless they have private browsing enabled).

Analytics data updates in real time. Every view, click, and save is recorded immediately and reflected on your dashboard the next time you load it.

Yes — if you are on the Pro tier (Tier 3). The Engagement tab shows a full breakdown of clicks per link type: email, phone, WhatsApp, website, social icons, and share buttons.

Ordering is quick and fully online. Head to the Order page, choose your tier, personalize your card details, and check out securely - your order is confirmed instantly, no waiting on a callback.

Standard shipping within the Philippines takes 3–5 business days. For Standard and Pro cards with custom name printing, allow an additional 2–3 business days for production and quality assurance.

Yes. Contact us anytime to upgrade your card tier. We will issue a new card with the upgraded features and unlock the additional analytics on your existing profile.

Yes. You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us via the Contact page.

A Team or Organization account links multiple employees' digital profiles under one company account, so your logo, brand colors, and organizational badge appear automatically on every linked profile. TLC also supports membership-based organizations like chambers of commerce and professional associations. Learn more on our Teams & Organizations page.

Your organization has its own assigned admin, who manages routine changes — adding or removing members, updating positions, approving badge requests — right from their own TLC dashboard, under its Organization tab. There's no need to contact TLC support for everyday team changes.

Your organization's assigned admin handles day-to-day team management (adding or removing members, positions, badge approvals) from their own cardholder dashboard, scoped only to your organization. Card Manager is TLC's internal business tool, used by our team to initially set up your organization — logo, brand colors — and to handle account-level changes like reassigning who your organization's admin is. Most of what you'll need day to day, your admin can already do without going through us.

Yes — your organization's logo and brand colors are applied automatically across every linked profile, overriding each employee's individual color choices, so your team always presents a unified look.

Your org admin removes them from your dashboard's Organization tab. Their digital profile is unlinked immediately, and if they had your company-branded wallpaper applied, it's automatically cleared too — no manual cleanup needed.
